On August 27-28, 2024, the ENERPO Research Center of the European University at St. Petersburg took part in the VI International Municipal Forum BRICS+ in Moscow. This is a large-scale event, which was attended by representatives of federal, regional and municipal authorities, as well as large business corporations and small and medium-sized commercial companies.
The participants of the forum discussed the socio-economic development of the BRICS countries, cultural integration, healthcare issues, information technology and other issues. The goal of this annual business forum, which is held with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow, is to promote the integration of positive international experience, the development of social and economic well-being of municipal territories of developing countries and the strengthening of relations between the BRICS countries and other states. The International Municipal BRICS Forum is an important platform for the exchange of experience and ideas between representatives of regional and municipal governments from the BRICS countries, as well as for building effective business communications with entrepreneurs from Russia and other partner countries.
